Wow can you believe it has been 3 weeks since we started this little challenge? I want to know how is it going for you? I want to hear about what you are having success with, what you may be struggling with, and how you plan to finish strong! If you blog about it link it up here to me or tweet me with it. I would also like to get a tally of how much weight everyone has lost and recap in a big post at the end of the month :) So please if you want to share do! I had a pretty good week this week. I was on track with my tracking and exercise all week long. I did hit a bump in the road when I got sick after my long run on Sunday and stayed sick until Wednesday. I did not eat as much as I would have normally and I did not get to run much Monday or Tuesday I think I got a total of 5 miles over those 2 days. It was rough. I was apprehensive about weigh in on Wednesday afternoon but it turned out ok. I lost another pound! I am excited!!! This makes it a 5.8 pound weight loss for the last 3 weeks while doing the Back 2 Basics challenge! The final week will be the most challenging for some of us! I know there will be tons of goodies flying around there! But make a plan and stick to it. My plan is to make some healthy alternatives to some classic favorites and full up on those. I will have a pumpkin dessert on Sunday that I make and I will try to post the recipe for you all tomorrow. What do you have planned? How is back 2 basics going for you?
