Monday: My usual cross fit style class at the YMCA also known as Y-Fit. This workout was tough we did a lot of tabata work and it worked my legs hard core.
Tuesday: I got up early and ran 4.25 miles in 36 minutes. It was a nice quick run and my legs felt good.
Wednesday: Another cross fit style workout at the ymca! It was intensity night as Sandy had us try to beat her time of running and then doing lunges with a weight in intervals.
Thursday: Was a stressful day mentally for me so I decided to go out for a nice long run in the early afternoon. It was pretty hot out but I figured it would be good practice for my half marathon on Sunday. I ended up with 5.75 miles in 53 minutes.
Friday: Instead of running I decided to give the legs a break and go to Y-fit again! It was one of the toughest workouts yet as we were working on upper body strength doing pull ups, plyo jumps, military presses and kettlebell work.
Saturday: I went for an early morning 3 mile run to keep the legs warmed up for Sunday!
Sunday: Half marathon and new PR!! Read all about it here :)
All in all a nice week. I cannot wait until November 20, I found an add for the marathon in one of my running magazines and I cut it out and taped it to the fridge ;) I figure it will keep me going when things may get a little rough!
How was your week?

looks like a great week of training - you will totally be more than ready on November 20th!! Did you see my email from the other day? I would love to run with you/wondering if you are going to Falmouth road race this weekend
These 100 days (or I guess now 99) are going to fly by! Not to make you nervous or anything. :) Have fun with the rest of your training!
