|8 oz cooked shrimp|
|1 cup(s) frozen cut green beans|
|1 1/2 cup(s) cooked white rice|
|2 tsp olive oil|
|1/2 cup(s) fat-free chicken broth|
|2 serving(s) Lawrys jerk seasoning|
Thaw shrimp in warm water and peel off the shells.
Boil water and cook the white rice seperatly
Combing 2 teaspoons of the Lawry's Jerk Seasoning marinade with 2 tsp of olive oil and 1/2 cup of ff chicken broth
let that simmer for 5 minutes
once hot toss in shrimp and cooked green beans or any other veggie of choice
saute for 5 minutes until hot and done!
toss in half of the shrimp mixture over half of the rice
