Weigh In Wednesday

Who lost 2.2 pounds over the week of Christmas?!?

I DID!!!!!!

I had a good holiday, I cooked ahead of time and prepared what I would be eating ahead of time. Even desserts were points friendly and it worked!

I cannot believe I am in the 160s it seems surreal like I am getting closer and closer to a healthy weight and I have not even set my lifetime goal weight. It has always been intimidating for me to think of a "goal" weight and it always seemed so far away. I have tossed around the number 140-135, and I am still thinking around that number area. For Weight Watchers it has to be between 120-150 so I have a big window. I am thinking I will work towards 150 and see how I feel there and decide what I want to do. If anyone has advice or suggestions please feel free to fill me in :)

So I hope everyone had a great holiday and I hope everyone has a great new year's as well. I am looking forward to the new year bringing me to my goal weight and running my half marathon at the end of February.

My recommendation for setting your goal weight is to choose something near the high end of the WW goal range. It'll give you a nice cushion for your Lifetime Membership status. Then, you can choose your own personal goal weight if it is a bit lower than the recommended weight.

For example, the highest number I can be for the WW chart is 164. I chose 158 as my goal weight but my real, personal, goal is 153.

You are so close!
