Hey hey hey! Well this is our first official check in for the Holiday Hoedown challenge over at the Sisterhood!!! I must admit I did not do very well with this week's physical challenge I only racked up 145 exercise minutes :( I was just so busy at work that by the time I came home I was exhausted. I have been waking each day at 4:45 am just to get to work on time and I do not come home until 6-7pm so needless to say I use my 2-3 hours each night to bond with my daughter. I did get in 2 solid gym trips and a kettle bell workout though so I guess I did ok.
So I walked into my weight watchers meeting last night and weighed in, I knew today the traffic would be horrendous and I would not have time! Well let me tell you, I made the woman weighing me in check again after she read my results:
I honestly was not expecting a huge loss this week due to the little amount of exercise I got. A 4 pound loss is not at all what I was anticipating but I will take it!!!!! I cannot believe I am almost saying hello to the 160s! I have not seen those bad boys since high school!
This week the challenge is again to rack up exercise minutes and drink tons of WATER! I know I will be good with the water I have been managing to get in 80 ounces a day, I would like to get 100 so I shall push for that this week.
This week is also the holiday, my plan of attack for this is simple, I am cooking dinner so it is sure to be healthy =) I also plan to start my day tomorrow with a cool outdoor 5 mile run!
