So I told myself now that school has begun and I am stretched even thinner I will not give up. I am halfway to my major goal. If I can lose another 50 to 60 I will be healthier than I have ever been and ready to stay fit forever. Well I decided that the best way to get workouts in during the week will be waking up earlier than I do now and working out before work. A tough tough personal challenge for me since I am in no way shape or form a morning person.
So this morning I finally did it! I woke up at 545 am and did 10 minutes of crunches and pushups thanks to Tina one of my tribe memebers on shrinkvivor :) then I set out for a crisp 2 mile run outside! It was a bit chilly for about 2 minutes lol till I started sweating.
I came back home and I did Shred It With Weights finally after 2 days off. It felt SO GOOD working out to jump start my day. I was so energized I was a bit stunned, I felt empowered. Now I feel I will be more motivated to stick with an early morning routine. Also it will be nice to come from work and just relaxn and not have to stress about how am I going to workout. I am done and can enjoy my day! So 71 minutes earned in my challenge today and if this weather holds I will take the baby walking later in her stoller :)

Do you like your calorie counter? I have been looking to buy one and just can't decide if they are worth it or accurate.
Wow girl, I can relate to not being a morning person. When I workout in the "morning" I work out from 11:45am to 1pm and that is not even early at all, but still tough for me!!
Yes Midwest Mommy I love my polar heart rate monitor! I began really learning what workouts worked for me and how much it helped my weight loss when I started using it.
Lol Drea I hear you! Thats nice that you guys are working out together in the 'morning' :)
You are so determined! I'm so proud of you. I already know you're super busy so to wake up that early and get a great work out in is major. Keep at it!!
