We are already in week 2 of the Shrinkvivor challenge and this week our challenge is to rack up those exercise minutes!! Well I thought this one would be better since I can count my shredding time :) But miss motivating Tina over here at Moms Crazy Cooking decided we should do 120 minutes a day!!! That is 2 hours. Now I thought she was a bit nuts when she proposed this, but I thought about it and figured hey I did the water thing, I did the miles, of course I can do this!
So Tina thank you for pushing me! I started out while the baby was napping today and I did Shred It With Weights for 30 minutes. Then she was still sleeping so I did crunches, push ups, punches, curls with my 5lb weights, and worked my triceps with the weights for another 30 minutes. I just kept going back and forth alternating similiar to Jillian's last chance workout. Phew I was tired and I was going to stop but the baby woke up.
So I put her in the stroller and we walked around the neighborhood for an hour! I wanted to quit after 30 minutes I can't lie. I really had to push myself because my legs were just tired lol
But I did it and of course as I always do I felt awesome when I was done! Working out always gives me this rush of adrenaline and I think thats what makes me keep going back for more :)
