So I did the elliptical routine like I normally do 25 minutes of cross training routine. Then I got on the treadmill and ran for a mile. I did not have time I have at night so I had to keep it to only a mile run and then walked for a total of 1.5miles.
I had to come home so my boyfriend could go to work. So I got out my stability ball and worked my core for about 15 minutes doing some crunches and weight training. Then I did some work on my arms. I did not want to work my legs today again since I ran 2 days in a row and worked them yesterday.
I feel great an energized now!!! I came home and had my ISO 100 protein shake. We will see how the day goes but I might get addicted to these early morning workouts. A great way to begin the day!
When is your favorite time to workout?
I am used to working out in the evenings after work and I always thought it was best for me but now I may be changing my mind...

Girl you better WORK IT!!! Great job. I'm proud of you. I would love to work out that early, but ehhh. lol.
What a great start to the day. 5am???? That's insanity. 10am is when I like to get up, no sooner.
I know 5 am is not for every one :)I just happened to be up thanks to a cranky teething baby!
