Then I did 20 minutes on the treadmill. I was so excited I took a picture tonight because I finally made it 2 miles in the 20 minutes :)
I ended the night with my usual No More Trouble Zones weight training workout. In total I worked out 70 minutes and burned a whopping 540 calories :)
I ended with some stretching and of course my ISO-100 protein shake. I think it is important to drink a protein shake when you complete a work out so that your muscles can recover. The ISO -100 is the only protein shake I have found that is fat free and carb free. This is important, a lot of people take these protein shakes that are loaded with fat and calories, thats ok if you are maintaining your weight.
