
I was so tired tonight it I literally had to force myself to workout. but I did it :) I kept telling myself cmon just a little longer you are almost there.
so I did an hour and 15 minutes at the gym. I burned 589 calories :)
I ran on the treadmill at a pace of 10 min per mile for 23 minutes. then I did my weight training routine. last I did the elliptical machine for 25 minutes

Next...GET IT GIRL!!!!!!! Keep pushing yourself! You rock and you're a total inspiration to so many of us. I know DD is so proud of her mommy too, she might not be able to say it, but she is! She is going to be thrilled to have a healthy and fit mom and it will make the world of difference in her life. Keep it up!
