I call this one Turkey Lettuce wraps.
It literally took only 20 minutes to make and it was sooo yummy!
Ingredients
| 4 serving(s) shady brook farms extra lean ground turkey | |
| 1 Tbsp olive oil | |
| 1 tsp ground ginger | |
| 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce | |
| 1 cup(s) sweet red pepper(s) | |
| 1 cup(s) red onion(s) | |
| 1 cup(s) jicama (you can substitute any crunchy veggie you like) | |
| 1 Tbsp minced garlic | |
| 1 cup(s) Iceberg lettuce | |
Instructions
Add the oil to the pan
Then add the ground turkey, onion, and garlic
Saute this until the meat is almost cooked about 10 minutes or so
Then add the rest of the ingredients except for the lettuce
Saute about 5 more minutes
Measure out 3 equal servings and serve into lettuce "cups" or wrap mixture in lettuce
One serving is only 5 points!!!!!
