Question for everyone

So I am curious and would love to hear your thoughts. What motivates you to work out? Or even just to strive to be healthy in general?

For me I work out for that adrenaline rush I feel after. That moment after I finish a hard workout is my favorite. Its that feeling of I rock and I know it lol. I don't know working out just makes me feel so much healthier and happier. It is a great stress reliever and who couldn't use one of those everyday???
I also know that working out helps me to achieve my long term goal of becoming fit and healthy!
I think its important to make your workout fun and I have songs I love on my ipod and I get into a nice routine. Plus being a full time working mommy it gives me a few uninterrupted moments to myself :)
