So I am curious and would love to hear your thoughts. What motivates you to work out? Or even just to strive to be healthy in general?
The less I eat the more I can drink!
For me I work out for that adrenaline rush I feel after. That moment after I finish a hard workout is my favorite. Its that feeling of I rock and I know it lol. I don't know working out just makes me feel so much healthier and happier. It is a great stress reliever and who couldn't use one of those everyday???I also know that working out helps me to achieve my long term goal of becoming fit and healthy!I think its important to make your workout fun and I have songs I love on my ipod and I get into a nice routine. Plus being a full time working mommy it gives me a few uninterrupted moments to myself :)
